Hi! I’m Christine, a super-enthusiastic, energetic and happy person who loves to help, inspire, and motivate people to find and be their true selves and live their fullest life. I love helping others grow and tackle challenges in their lives and realize that anything is possible.

I run on positivity and the “butterflies” I get from helping someone else, along with lots of energy from exercise and healthy eating. Every day, I look forward to learning something new and growing! Sometimes challenges we face are scary—try to find the opportunity, the lesson in the difficulty—and embrace it. It’s hard, but always be asking, “What is the lesson or opportunity I am supposed to be gaining from this experience? What can I do to learn from it and grow?”

I Hope You Get Butterflies!

When going through a pretty rough time, I suddenly began to notice butterflies everywhere. So much so, that it prompted me to read up on the symbolism of butterflies. Well, it turns out butterflies represent a fresh start, a new chapter! Butterflies’ coloring on the outside of their wings also helps them to hide from predators, but Whoa!, when a butterfly opens its wings fully and takes flight, their inner beauty really shines!

I take a lot of personal meaning from this and hope butterflies inspire you too—to start a new chapter in your life and to open up and reveal your inner beauty to others each day. Let me know when you start seeing the butterflies, because they will appear! (Or let me know when you start feeling the butterflies from your excitement at living your fullest true life!)
